Gary’s impressive background includes leadership roles at renowned global consulting firms such as Accenture and ICF, along with serving as the Director of Global Energy and Sustainability Systems at CB Richard Ellis.

Throughout his career, Gary has demonstrated expertise in leading tariff optimization, custom rate development initiatives, and sustainable energy management plans. His hands-on experience as the former Director of Energy and Commodities at Sara Lee and Smurfit Stone Container further enhances his credentials. Notably, as the Director of National Accounts at Constellation Energy, Gary developed strategic energy and sustainability management plans for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including ADP, Baxter International, Dow Jones Companies, Marriott, United Airlines, as well as various high school districts, colleges, and universities.

In his role at THG, Gary will focus on fostering strong client relationships, implementing highly effective processes, and elevating the overall client experience. His commitment to improving operational efficiency, advancing sustainability efforts, and meeting market demands will play a pivotal role in driving THG’s growth.

Mr. Bradley holds esteemed certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP), LEED Green Associate (GA), and holds a Commercial Pilot’s License. Additionally, he has been recognized for his innovation, having been awarded an International Patent as a co-inventor of modeling to optimize energy procurement.
