On January 26, THG officially launched the new My Energy Network portal for all users.
After a successful beta release in October, all users will now be directed to the new portal by default. The legacy portal will remain accessible through at least the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.
Why “My Energy Network”?
Your energy data is more than just numbers, it’s a network. Like any network, its value grows as more information is added and connected.
A single bill showing 20,000 kWh tells part of the story. But when that usage is mapped to meters, assets, facility size, and historical trends, it becomes actionable intelligence. The more data you add, the smarter your decisions become and the more value the portal delivers.
