Neil Moffatt brings over 30 years of energy experience to THG focused primarily in California and the western United States. He has worked with clients such as Fluor Corp, ABM, and Fletcher Jones Auto Group. In his most recent role, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing/Procurement for Candle3 Clean Energy and was responsible for expanding their West Coast footprint. Neil attributes his success to his passion for providing the best in client service and he does this through a humble yet driven approach with responsiveness and dependability at the forefront. Neil earned his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Finance and Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, traveling, and hot yoga. He and his wife, Urania, live in Irvine with their three boys and two girls who are very active in sports, from wrestling to tennis. The whole family is bilingual and frequently travels to El Salvador, Urania’s native country.
Will Eidlhuber has over 15 years experience in the energy efficiency and demand response fields. He started his career as an Account Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) where he managed the energy efficiency and demand response needs of customers such as Kimberly Clark, Johnson and Johnson, Alcon Labs, and Fluor Daniel Corp. He also served as Energy Manager at University of Southern California (USC). He piloted Los Angeles Department of Water & Power’s first demand response offering and saved USC over $48,000 in the first 5 events of the Demand Bidding Program. In his most recent role, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Candle3 Clean Energy. He was responsible for creating operational efficiencies that would grow the business in the US and Mexico while keeping the primary focus in California. He was responsible for winning bids for the Denver Public School System, designing megawatts of solar projects, and winning the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) contract for Demand Response; which is now solely owned by THG Energy. He attributes his success to his ability to adapt to the changing energy market, his commitment to continue his education on all energy efficiency technologies, and his insistence on providing the best customer experience possible. He lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife and three of four children. His children range from 23 years old to 8 years old and are active in work, school, Taekwondo, and hockey. He is an avid LA Kings fan, and loves to work out, golf, and just hang out with his family.
