Will Business Lead the Way?

Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) submitted an op-ed piece to NYTimes on how a Market-Driven Green New Deal would make America’s economic engine unstoppable. RMI referred to their 2011 energy study that showed how business can lead the transition to triple energy efficiency and sustain an American economy more than twice its size for less than the cost of “business-as-usual.” RMI makes the case for business leadership in sustainability initiatives to complement any bipartisan solutions Washington offers.
